Dr. Essam F. Shanoudi is an international financial advisor, entrepreneur, and Certified Public Accountant with over four decades of experience spanning academia, public practice, and global business leadership. Widely recognized for his strategic financial insight and cross-cultural expertise, he has built a distinguished career advising clients across emerging and international markets, with a strong focus on the Middle East.
Dr. Shanoudi earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cairo University in 1979 and his Master of Science in Accounting from American University in Washington, D.C., in 1987. He obtained his CPA designation in 1990, further strengthening his foundation in advanced financial practice.
In 1997, he founded Americana Computer Systems in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, establishing a platform that integrates financial advisory with information technology solutions. Over the years, he has provided trusted counsel to corporations, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals across the GCC, specializing in financial structuring, investment strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Today, Dr. Shanoudi continues to lead with vision and expertise, helping clients navigate complex global financial landscapes through a combination of deep regional knowledge, technical excellence, and entrepreneurial leadership.

With over six years of experience in IT and global business, Peter has developed a strong track record of aligning technology with business strategy. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Americana Computer Systems, LLC, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and expansion across the product development and peripherals sector.
Peter’s background includes hands-on experience in IT systems and international trade, with a focus on cross-border operations, infrastructure optimization, and business development in competitive global markets. His combined expertise in finance, technology, and communication enables him to effectively bridge technical execution with organizational goals.
